Ginny Bishop Consulting + Jefferson Center for Mental Health : Innovation Partners

Background

For over 66 years, Jefferson Center has delivered critical, community-focused services, including substance use services and behavioral health expertise, reaching over 34,000 people each year. They have remained a beacon of hope for individuals and families in the Jefferson, Gilpin, and Clear Creek counties in Colorado.

Challenge

Jefferson Center sought out the expertise of Ginny Bishop Consulting to revitalize their 2023 Colorado Gives Day & End of Year Campaign. The goal was to boost donor engagement and fundraising  while simultaneously connecting individuals to mental health services.

Solution

Ginny Bishop Consulting introduced a groundbreaking perspective on online fundraising, one that fosters a relationship between fundraising and societal impact.

We devised a multi-channel campaign that highlighted the importance of contributions while also connecting individuals to mental health services.

Through an innovative, human-centered social media strategy and bold crowdfunding initiative, we linked donors with vital behavioral health services and exceeded our fundraising goal, substantially increasing access to essential services.

This approach aligned giving efforts with meaningful outcomes that serve the mission and those in need.

“Through investing in GBC, we completely reworked our Colorado Gives Day campaign, resulting in a 54% increase over last year's revenue, increased engagement, and a new way to connect our community to our services. Her perspective, ideas, and knowledge have been invaluable as we transition and grow as an organization.”
