Background

St. Elizabeth’s is an intentionally inclusive Episcopal School with a commitment to excellence that inspires learning and transforms lives. St. E’s is one of only a handful of schools nationwide that offers students, regardless of their circumstances, access to a quality, private school education.




Challenge

St. Elizabeth’s School sought the expertise of Ginny Bishop Consulting (GBC) to revitalize their Annual Fund to expand and engage their donor base and add a targeted fundraising & comms plan to guide their efforts. With a tuition model requiring St. E’s development staff to raise 65% of the operational budget each year from foundations, organizations, and individuals, GBC focused on creating a comprehensive fundraising and communications plan to guide their efforts. 



Solution

Ginny Bishop Consulting conducted an insightful SWOT Analysis brainstorm with key stakeholders to guide the fundraising plan's creation.

Following the analysis, we developed a multi-pronged plan that was designed to provide the St. E’s team with an impact blueprint that would ensure their success.

Acting as the annual fund manager, Ginny Bishop Consulting played a unique role on the team, providing strategic day-to-day support with a variety of initiatives. These included event planning and execution, content creation and design support, donor recognition and retention efforts, mentoring and counsel, and the development of a fundraising and communications plan for the upcoming year. This approach not only extended the donor base but also set the foundation for building long-lasting relationships.
